Developers required for this 112-acre brownfield site on the edge of Doncaster Town Centre. A prime location with main road frontage to the south and riverside frontage to the north. Planning consent for a major mixed-use development comprising residential, employment, retail and leisure uses.
Development Progress
2015: Following acquisition, all buildings and structures that remained on site have now been demolished and a programme of extensive remediation and earthworks has been ongoing to create the first parcels of serviced land for sale. These works also include installing utilities, drainage and infrastructure to the site.
2018: The first parcel of land was sold to Arnold Clark to build a new 30,000 sq ft car showroom
2019: The first two serviced residential plots were sold to Barratt Homes and Taylor Wimpey to respectively deliver almost 400 new homes
2020: An adjacent commercial plot was sold to Erindale, who have constructed a Burger King and Taco Bell drive-thru unit. Harworth completed the direct development of a Costa Coffee drive-thru unit on one of the commercial plots. The 1,800 sq ft unit was let to Costa at practical completion and opened in November 2020
2021: A land parcel adjacent to the riverside was sold to Harron Homes to construct 139 new houses
2023: Harworth complete on three further land sales for roadside and employment uses

Commercial plots have also been sold which will be brought forward as motor trade and industrial space directly by the purchasers.
