Sheffield City Council is seeking long term development partners for Castlegate, which is set to become the city centre anchor of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District (AMID).The project aims to transform the Castlegate area of Sheffield and to link this historically important area more closely to the city centre. The area offers an opportunity to grow a new economy of larger offices, technology and creative start-ups in new and converted buildings.
