The proposed development sits on a key site on Sheffield’s Northern Gateway and will provide a landmark development comprising of three interconnected blocks that will deliver 85-90 apartments, with two commercial units as well as car parking for residents and landscaped podiums at first floor level. Additional residential amenity space will be provided on the riverside frontage at ground floor level.
This scheme is a contextual response to the conservation area and the listed buildings opposite the site and to the new developments across the River Don. Careful consideration of massing and design has been undertaken in conjunction with dialogue with the Local Authority to create a scheme that engages and connects with the wider environment.
